130 plates of food in one photo... There is no better way to describe my every day job, really. Food photography is my passion, my love, and fortunately I can call it my career. They call me the “queen of flatlays”, and every time they do, I am ever so humbled more and more. For the record, I don’t think I’m a “Queen”, I never set out for this title, actually I don’t even know who started it. All I know is that I love photography, I love flatlays, and I love sharing all that I love with those who love it as well.

In this podcast with Hungry Diner, Mick and I set out to talk about how to master the Flatlay. However, there aren’t enough hours in the day to talk about so I do that, so instead of mastering the flatlay (don’t worry we will get to that!), we just talk about: Me. Get to know me, get to know how I navigated the Sydney food blogging culture, the gear I use, and a little party trick that every 90s kid will know ;)
